Kinesiology
What is it?
A fundemental premise is that the body has innate healing energy and is doing its best to care for itself, but sometimes needs assistance to achieve this state.
More information...
Kinesiology is defined as the use of muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body's structural, chemical, emotional or other energies, to establish the body's priority healing needs, and to evaluate energy changes brought about by a broad spectrum of both manual and non-manual therapeutic procedures.
It is recognised that there are flows of energy within the body that relate not only to the muscles but to every tissue and organ. These energy flows can be evaluated by testing which in turn reflect the body's overall state.
Kinesiology looks beyond the symptoms, does not treat named diseases, nor does it diagnose them, it is concerned with imbalances in the body's energy.
Put simply - this is a non-invasive method that can help you to reduce stress and pain, improve performance at school, work and home, in sports, in relationships, and promotes health and wellbeing.
