What is it?
A coaching programme at 'Solutions' will promote and encourage you to take control and understand your body to correct posture, optimise recovery from injury, improve sports performance and prevent injury.

Consultation and Assessment
This will involve a discussion of your medical and lifestyle history, as well as your goals and aspirations of undertaking an exercise programme with 'Solutions'. This is followed by a thorough assessment of your posture and abdominal function, which involves movement analysis and a series of orthopaedic measurements.
Programme Design - I will collate all the information gathered from you to design an individual programme personalised to your specific needs. This programme will be updated every 4-6 weeks in order to progress you to your goals.
Coaching - I will coach you through your programme, ensuring that you master the correct techniques which are essential for optimal results.
Re-Assessment - Re-assessment occurs every 12-16 weeks to monitor your progress.
As a trained exercise coach I possess the skills and knowledge to design and implement personalised exercise programmes that incorporate traditional exercise with mind-body exercise.
A key component that defines an exercise coach is the series of assessments used to identify core dysfuntions and autonomic nervous system imbalancces.
