The Bowen Technique is a gentle treatment for:
- Sports or work related injuries

- Respiratory problems and allergies
- General relaxation and body balancing
The technique involves a series of gentle moves made across muscle, tendon and other soft tissue. The therapist uses fingers and thumbs to effect movement on specific areas to disturb muscle and soft tissue.
A typical treatment will last between 45 minutes and an hour. Often two or three treatments are all that is required, with many clients having occasional visits to maintain the improvements.
